This chapter is where the power finally exceeds all limits, the story doesn't resist anymore to the most fantasy elements out there (E.S.P. being a typical 80s trend), thus finally reaching its true potential. Sadly, the anime only flies over the segment, delivering extremely short bouts both exciting and frustrating, and stops right before covering the peak of this road to superpowers.
