S1 E1 • The Force Phantom

When aliens from one of moons of Mars invade Earth, they use a powerful energy creature called the Force Phantom in order to destroy Earth's defenses. Superman, however, manages to defeat the Force Phantom and in doing so foils the invasion by destroying the alien's spaceship.

S1 E2 • The Mermen of Emor

While investigating the disappearances of a number of divers, a scuba diving Jimmy Olsen is captured by Mermen from the underground city of Emor. The Mermen have been abducting people for violent gladitorial games. Superman must foil the Mermen and rescue Jimmy and the other divers.

S1 E3 • The Prehistoric Pterodactyls

When an earthquake releases two prehistoric Pterodactyls, one attacks an American pilot while the other heads to the city of San Francisco. Superman rescues the pilot by using a lasso to capture the Pterodactyl that was attacking him. Superman, then, heads to San Francisco and uses a net to capture the other one before it can do any more harm. Unwilling to hurt the dinosaurs, Superman heads to another world to set them free.

S1 E4 • Merlin's Magic Marbles

Lex Luthor travels back in time and meets the magician Merlin. Luthor tricks Merlin into giving him Magic Marbles which allow him to transform into different things so that he can commit crimes.

S1 E5 • The Threat of the Thrutans

When three Thrutan aliens crash land on earth, they theaten to blow up a rocket installation if they don't get a rocket in order to fly them home. Superman manages to stop their bomb, but also helps the aliens get back home.

S1 E8 • The Deadly Icebergs

A group of pirates unleash three magnetically powered icebergs in order to destory a nuclear powered vessel. Fortunately, Clark is onboard the ship and changes into Superman to stop the icebergs and catch the pirates.

S1 E9 • The Robot of Riga

Lois and Jimmy are abducted by a UFO and taken to the planet Riga. When Superman discovers this, he flies to Riga and saves Lois and Jimmy from a fire-breathing robot.

S1 E10 • The Invisible Raiders

A supervillian named the Sorcerer uses invisibility to rob a museum and kidnap Jimmy Olsen. When they take Jimmy to their cave hideout, he uses his signal watch to inform Superman. Superman heads to the gave and rescues him.

S1 E11 • The Neolithic Nightmare

While investigating a cavern, Jimmy Olsen is sucked into an underground world. Before he is rescued by Superman, he is menaced by a number of giant prehistoric animals.

S1 E12 • The Return of Brainiac

Brainiac returns to Earth on board a flying saucer. He uses a shrinking ray to shrink Lois and Jimmy. When Jimmy signals Superman, Superman is also hit with the shrinking ray. Superman must find some way to get back to normal size and must also protect Lois and Jimmy from now dangerous ants.

S1 E13 • The Magnetic Monster

Aliens arrive from the planet Damoss. They are planning to invade and want to test out one of their new weapons that employs magnetism. They unleash their weapon which begins destroying metal objects like airplanes and bridges. Superman stops the weapon and unleashes it on the aliens in order to destroy their space ship.

S1 E14 • The Toys of Doom

The Toyman captures Lois and Jimmy and unleashes a wave of dangerous toys in Metropolis. Superman deafeats the toys and heads to the Toyman's hideout. There he is met by a Toy Army. Superman destroys the Toy Army and rescues Lois and Jimmy. The Toyman tries to make an escape but he is captured by the police.

S1 E15 • The Iron Eater

A metal eating monster attacks Metropolis after it arrives on Earth from a meteor. Whenever it eats metal, however, it changes its appearance. Superman final captures the monster wen it tries to destroy a bridge. He takes it into space and leaves it on an asteroid made of iron.

S1 E16 • The Ape Army of the Amazon

A scientist is using a sonic machine to control apes in the Amazon. He wants to build an army. When Lois and Clark crash their plane in the Amazon, Clark changes into Superman and rescues Lois from the ape army. Eventually, he is also able to put an end to the scientists work by capturing him while he is attempting to rob a temple.

S1 E17 • The Fire Phantom

When Clark and Jimmy are on a camping trip, the Fire Phantom emergers from a deep mine shaft and begins to set fire to the forest. Jimmy goes for a walk and finds himself surrounded by a forest fire. Fortunately, Clark wakes up when he smells the fire and changes into Superman. He rescues Jimmy from the flames and stops the Fire Phantom.

S1 E18 • The Deadly Dish

Lex Luthor builds a Kryptonite ray machine and plots to destroy Superman with it. He hypnotizes Lois, Jimmy, and Perry so that they get into danger within the range of his machine. When Superman comes to rescue them, he bring a lead shield. Safe from the Kryptonite rays, Superman destorys the machine and captures Lex Luthor.
