"An album that looks like an album for children that is not for children", selon MM. L'ironie, c'est que j'étais tombé sur cet album dans un magasin à 7 ans. J'avais immédiatement adoré cette photo d'un Willy Wonka déjanté et j'avais écouté les samples du disque sur une machine : ainsi découvrais-je l'incroyable reprise de Sweet Dreams... "and the rest is history".

Une vieille critique négative de cet album mentionnait que le modèle sur la pochette essayait tellement d'être extatique qu'elle avait surtout l'air démente, et disait que ça collait plutôt bien à l'album. Je suis d'accord avec l'auteur de cette critique, mais pour moi c'est plutôt positif.

So, the picture is not what it seems, it is not so nicey nicey at all, and neither is the music once you take it home and buy it.
