Un des rares albums de rap où TOUS les morceaux me plaisent, avec des instru super soignées, un groove incisif (Shook Ones Pt 2), des mélodies doucement enivrantes (Temperature's Rising, Give Up the Goods). Le tout dans un esprit de jeunesse paumée, de solitude, de colère.

J'admets, c'est l'album de rap préféré des hipsters pour la dimension geek/ rap indé à l'esthétique léchée. Mais c'est l'album avec lequel j'ai découvert DOOM, et son flow se marie à merveille au son très riche de Madlib. Chaque titre est une perle.
